The PowerForce award interpreter is used to calculate employee allowances and entitlements and the management of correct pays.
A common use is for the calculation of entitlements across a fortnightly pay, such as those relating to a 76 or 100 hour fortnight.
The PowerForce award interpreter is user configurable so that you may manage your own business without reliance on the software developers (& hence extra charges) . As well as being used within PowerForce payroll, customers use the PowerForce award interpreter to front end non-PowerForce payroll.

The way that this works is the customers use the PowerForce Rostering, Time & Attendance modules to manage the day to day operations, and then use the PowerForce Award Interpreter to prepare the data for upload into the external payroll system.
Many customers use the PowerForce award interpreter to pre-qualify their payroll prior to actually processing the payroll.
You may define as many awards as your business needs.
